There are few things more chic right now than minimizing the “noise” and maximizing the “pop.”

A sophisticated, clean, bright look. Think bathrooms, kitchen and accent pieces. Anything from backsplashes to countertops, details like vases, clocks or even dining sets look great in marble and add a nice touch of class.

No, more black. Yes, that’s it. It takes a certain confidence to pull off a matte black kitchen, like wearing that pair of heels that just may be a little too high. But when you nail the look? Pure magic.

These beauties offer a sleek, clean, current look that’s great in just about any room of the house.

10. High Contrast Industrial

Some spaces are converted to residential use, some wish they were.

You either love the look or you hate it. We happen to love it.

Industrial conversions are easily found in the Denver neighborhoods of LoDo, RiNo, Five Points, and Baker, all home to Central Denver, Colorado
