Buying A Home In RiNo
RiNo or River North Art District is located just north of Downtown and is home to many a converted industrial building. It is bordered by I-25 to the West, I-70 to the North, Park Avenue West to the South and Araphoe Street to its East. Throughout the neighborhood, you will find murals that are created by local artists and sanctioned by both the neighborhood and the city. The Colorado Crush Street Art Festival occurs each summer embracing the art form of graffiti. On the first Friday of every month, different studios and galleries open their doors to the public for free.
Recognized as one of Denver’s top growing neighborhoods, RiNo (River North) includes many of Denver’s top emerging businesses, including architectural designers, art galleries, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, painters… etc. This up-and-coming art district is also home to many popular restaurants, bars and music venues. RiNo is known for retaining its industrial roots, transforming some of the old industrial spaces into beautiful living corridors and office spaces.
