Buying A Home In Park Hill
Park Hill is a neighborhood divided into three administrative neighborhoods in Denver: North Park Hill, South Park Hill, and Northeast Park Hill. It is bordered by Colorado Boulevard, East Colfax Avenue, Quebec Street, and East 52nd Avenue, all major streets within the city. The area was first developed in 1887 by Baron Alois von Winckler. The area began to grow in 1900 with settlers from all many countries settling here.
Dahlia Square Shopping Center is the commercial heart of the area and has been going through development changes since early 2010. In terms of schools, Park Hill houses Park Hill Elementary can both be found in this neighborhood.
Park Hill features a selection of homes ranging from mansions to modest Bungalows. Charming retail shops and restaurants dot the charming streets of this neighborhood and some of Denver best kept secret eating spots. Residents in this area love its close proximity to City Park and Downtown Denver.
