With over 20 years of experience, Heather has seen and learned it all. Q&A with Heather
1. What do you love about your job?
I truly have a love for real estate. I have been selling real estate for 19 years, I flip houses with my family and we stage homes. Being able to be part of a client’s journey in finding their perfect home is the best part of my job. The fact that they have put their trust in me with one of the biggest purchases is such a humbling experience. I take the responsibility very seriously.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
Experience!! I have been a Realtor for 19 years. I have been personally relocated so I understand the process first hand. I personally have investment properties. I stage homes. Understanding the business from many different levels sets me apart.
3. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
Listening and taking time to understand my client’s needs and wants.
4. Why did you choose LUX. Front Range?
Inspired living really spoke to me. Real estate is not just about sales sales sales, to me, it is about finding homes for my clients to live their best life. LUX Front Range is a company I am proud to be part of.
5. What is your communication style like?
I am very direct. Communication is so important in this business.
6. What are you passionate about?
My family is my number one passion. My husband and I have 4 sons. We love traveling and spending time with our boys.
