About Tracy
Tracy specializes in a custom approach for each and every real estate client. She began her real estate career in Florida in 2007 and is well-familiar with the dynamic ebb and flow of changing real estate markets. Market changes require flexibility in sales and marketing approach, assessing trends and statistics and a custom approach to each and every client and home. Tracy has a deep passion for assessing the strengths and special features of every property she represents, ensuring that these are present in descriptive details, marketing photos, and videos.
Tracy landed in the mountain community of Idaho Springs, Colorado in 2013 entirely by accident. She had bid and lost several homes in the Denver Metro area just as the market became sizzling hot. Tracy finally located her home in Idaho Springs and it was her great fortune to join this very special little mountain town. Along with real estate, Tracy is a multi-media consultant, photography, digital graphic artist and musician.
Q&A with Tracy
1. What do you love about your job?
I love providing specialized services and value to my clients. Bringing my skill set to meet their needs is mutually rewarding and often very effective. I enjoy a custom approach in working with each buyer and seller to create an effective set of services that meet their specific needs.
2. Why did you choose LUX. Denver / LUX. Front Range?
I feel LUX. provides an opportunity for me to join a group of realtors that enjoy sharing cutting edge technology and feature an internal company culture of trust, integrity, and commitment to clients.
3. What sets you apart from the competition?
I feel my foundation in technology and current marketing strategies gives me a wonderful advantage over
competitors. I have marveled at the impact technology has had on real estate over the last few years and this will continue moving forward as the real estate landscape grows and changes in Colorado.
4. What is your communication style like?
My communication style is very expressive. I most enjoy in-person conversations. Person to person communication is a critical component of the real estate industry and technology sometimes detracts from this important, critical foundation of communication.
5. Who do you most enjoy working with?
While I feel my skill set is rounded between buyers and sellers, my background in multi-media and sales is a great fit for sellers and I thoroughly enjoy the packaging and marketing of properties. On the buyer side, hands down my favorite activity are showing homes. Each home I look at is like a wrapped gift being opened. It is a LOT OF FUN to look at homes for sale – and matching the buyer’s needs to their perfect property.
6. What are you passionate about?
Community, superior service, offering a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to make sure clients are cared for.
7. What organizations are you passionate about being involved with?
I assist with a number of important volunteer efforts throughout the year in my community. The next large opportunity for me to offer service is managing the delivery and installation of thousands of dollars worth of flowers here in Idaho Springs. I organize the volunteer side of this annual planting event in May.
