Meghan Stockman, LUX. Front Range Advisor
Meghan joined the LUX. Front Range team with a love for all things Colorado. Adventure, loads of activities and so close to pure peace and quiet in the mountains, she loves the community so much for that blend of lifestyles.
Meghan was a space weather forecaster for NOAA (solar flares) and was the lead Weather Officer in Colorado before she retired as a Major in the CO Air National Guard. She promises to always look at the weather before we head out to view potential properties!
Meghan lives in a mountain town and specializes in Colorado mountain and Denver metro properties. She will put in the time needed to make sure you know everything you need to know to make the right decision. The number one thing her background taught her is that no matter how many amazing places you visit in the world, nothing feels as good as your home. Let Meghan know how she can help you find your perfect place!
Q&A with Meghan
1. What do you love about your job?
I love that I get to be a trustworthy partner in the process of making a big but exciting decision in people’s lives. Whether it is investment, temporary or forever the purchase of a home is always something that should be well thought out but it should also be a lot of fun.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
I have been a leader in several capacities and believe that what made me stand out was that I listen and I observe. Every individual has a different reason for what they are truly looking for so paying attention to who I am working with is key to developing a plan that will suit them.
3. What are you passionate about?
Education in all facets. The business my husband runs, KidSpace, is focused on introducing the scary-sounding concepts of space science, physics and the laws of motion through playground play for kiddos! In real estate, I am purposeful in educating my clients so they get the home they love and know exactly what they need to make that happen.
4. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?
LUX. represents a lifestyle of finding what inspires you and creating your world within that vision. I love that I get to be a part of that discovery with my clients.
5. What organizations are you passionate about being involved with?
My free time is usually spent with the Northglenn STEM High School students helping them think through projects for their senior capstones or early education plans. KidSpace works very closely with them to give them a place to try out their inventions and we love spending time developing those beautiful minds!
