Heather has spent her career in the sales and marketing field for over thirty years. For several years, she worked in the technology industry delivering high-end technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients and governmental agencies. She took some time away from the corporate world to focus on raising her daughter, Kaija, in Westminster, CO and engage in domestic and international travel. Heather returned to the workforce after attending the University of Denver, University College Masters in PR and Marketing program to dedicate herself to the non-profit sector in Denver and Lafayette, Colorado.

Whether buying or selling, understanding the client’s priorities and providing a professional and enjoyable transaction is my ultimate goal. I have the utmost respect for the client’s need for the most relevant information about their prospective or current home and the local real estate market. My customers are the driving force of each day and they receive focused responsiveness from me as their dedicated realtor. My effort is to make every client feel like they are the most important person in my business and that they have a talented advocate in their corner.

I have a genuine, client-centered approach and believe relationships are the foundation for a successful experience in any industry. I have a transparent and authentic approach to everyone in the real estate industry, believing this is paramount to my reputation and business relationships. I have 30 years of experience in sales and marketing and a life-long passion for all aspects of residential real estate and investment properties. Integrity in business and personal relationships are my guiding principle.

5. What organizations are you passionate about being involved with?
I have a deep commitment to giving back through some of the wonderful nonprofits in Denver and Boulder. I support Volunteers of America in Denver serving Colorado’s most vulnerable populations and Attention Homes in Boulder committed to helping homeless and struggling teens. I believe service is an important factor in making our local communities better every day and serve on my neighborhood Board of Directors and engage in responsible and beneficial community growth.
